Terms for HIM Scale Builder.

Use of the app
HIM Scale Builder is an educational vocal-practice tool. You may use it to generate, preview, and, when your access allows it, download piano-reference exercise tracks for your own practice.
Founding Edition access
Founding Edition access is activated with a Gumroad license key. You are responsible for keeping your license key private. Do not share, resell, publish, or post the application license key.
A new browser or device may require you to enter the license key again. Keep your Gumroad receipt in a safe place.
Educational use and safety
The app is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from an appropriate professional. You are responsible for your own practice choices. Stop immediately if singing or practice causes pain, discomfort, persistent hoarseness, or anything that feels wrong. Read the Educational and Safety Disclaimer for more detail.
Availability and updates
The app may change as bugs are fixed, exercises are improved, and the tool evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the tool available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
